good morning.

my computer is making me nuts it’s acting up.   while I love firefox I really think it’s part of the problem.  this morning my bookmark toolbar is missing and all my bookmarks are not accessible.  good thing I know most of my fav sites by heart.

so I missed writing yesterday.  I went to the surgeon yesterday to have him look at the alien stomach.   It’s pretty bad.  He prescribed steroids a six day course.  I’m hoping it helps. I’ve had one day so far and I”m not feeling it.  oh well.  Yesterday was a better fluid and a better protein day.  I’m going to try the same today.  discovered that my favorite water bottle when filled half way with ice then filled with water to the top then having protein stuff added (in this case half a protein bullet and a packet of Designer Whey Biggest loser raspberry protein 2 go powder  is quite palatable and I drink almost all of it.  2 of those along with my hot chocolate get me my 64 oz per day and enough protein… so doable.

What is amazing to me, is that I’m really feeling good enough that I could go back to work.  today is one week out and IF I Had to I could go to work!  amazing.  truly amazing.

oh well i think that to celebrate that, I”ll make a protein drink,  and hit the couch for a nice benadryl buzz.   I do have pictures of the alien baby belly but it’s just too scary.   NOTE TO SELF:  make sure ALL doctors know how allergic to steri strips I am.   NOT bandaids.  NOT latex just steri strips.   a rare allergy…. figures.
