Well not really. Oh well it is Thursday… but I’m not FAT… I just feel fat. I’m retaining a ton of water (about FOUR POUNDS worth so far) and it makes me sad.. BRIAN got on the scale LAST NIGHT (NIGHT for god’s sake) and LOST TWELVE POUNDS… He’s looking really good. I’m really proud of him.
Me, I’m plugging along.. .back hurts now and then… my piriformis muscle on the right has a knot in it… the pain of the therapy massage is incredible but it’s necessary…
Here is a shot of almost ALL my vitamins and supplements each day. I’m missing 1 colace not sure how I forgot it. I also may add more D in later on and another magnesium oxide if needed… we will see.

round small pink pills sub-lingual B12 (1000 mcq 2 a day)
huge pink pills 400 mg calcium each… 4 a day (dissolve or chew)
thick white oval pill magnesium oxide (for bowel health)
thin white oval pill D3 1000 mg (twice a day)
small white pill D3 5000 mg (3 times a day)
orange rectangular pill IRON (carbynol iron) once a day NOT with calcium)
purple and white capsule Colace (twice a day)

So after we gamed with our dear friends, we went to Pickles Pub to see our other dear friends my Weight Loss Surgery gang… we partied hard even to the bitter end of the Ravens losing. Oh well they just get STUPID when they see the Colts…

anyway… it’s all good… I have things to go do with the kiddo…
I really need to write more don’t cha think? Here we are in the beginning of the new year and I’m first posting. Well there’s not really much to say. Plodding along. Discovered my iron and my Vit D are low so trying to fix them. weight is a funny thing. I’m around 209 now. not 210. not 205 209. looks like i’m gonna hang here for a few days at least.
I’m working hard in the gym so I don’t know what else to do. my food’s not too bad either. I”m always short on fluids. I really need to work on that. I’m down about 44 pounds from surgery and nearly 80 (77) from my highest on the home scales… I wish it was the magic so many folks think it is.
A typical day: get up, prepare lunch/breakfast, make my protein latte ( a scoop of protein powder mixed with SF syrup and some milk then mixed with the immersion blender (the best thing in the world)
poured into the travel cup and heated while I make an iced coffee shot of coffee with my new Keurig platinum
(that gives me about 4 oz of hot strong coffee) which I drink on the way to work and it has about 26 grams of protein! Then when I get to work I drink more protein in the form of Syntrax Nectar I prefer the Fuzzy Navel flavor and I add a tube of Crystal light Orange. Yummy. Breakfast or the breakfast snack is often greek yogurt or cottage cheese. Lunch varies . Sometimes it’s soup or leftovers today it’s a bit of salad with feta and salmon. Yummy. it’s almost a normal feeling meal even if it is 1/10 of the size of the salads I used to have. Snack in the afternoon is often string cheese and jerky of some sort.
Then I go to the gym and that’s working well. Mondays and Thursdays with the trainer. tuesdays is yoga. Wednesday and Fridays are PT right now and will be Cardio when I’m done with PT…
